Spicy Skinny Margarita

This delicious, slightly spicy margarita is sweetened with liquid stevia for a low calorie take on your favorite drink.

Ingredients:  

1 jalapeño pepper, sliced

6 drops Pyure Simply Sweet Liquid Stevia

1/2 cup tequila

1/3 cup lime juice

1/3 cup low-sugar orange juice

Ice cubes

Kosher salt

Lime rounds  

 

Instructions:

  1. In cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices, liquid stevia, tequila and lime juice; add orange juice. Fill shaker with ice; shake vigorously until chilled.
  2. Place salt in small shallow dish. Rub rim of two rocks glasses with lime; dip into salt.
  3. Fill glasses with ice; strain margarita mixture into glasses. Garnish each glass with lime round.
  Tips:
  • For a savory note, add a few sprigs of fresh cilantro to the shaker.
  • Use martini glasses if preferred.
