Pumpkin Pie - No Sugar Added!

Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can Pure Pumpkin
- ¼ cup Pyure All-Purpose Blend
- 1 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 3 large egg (vegan option-3/4 cup of pureed tofu or unsweetened apple sauce
- Pinch salt
- Pinch ground clove
- 1 pre-made pie shell (follow package directions for a filled pie)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bake shell for 8-10 minutes or as directed on package
- Whisk first 7 ingredients together until well blended
- Pour filling into cooled, baked pie shell
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 25-30 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving
- Serve with Pyure Whipped Cream
