Spoonful of Protein Yogurt with Strawberries, Hazelnut Swirl & Chocolate Shell

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew yogurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½–¾ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pyure hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Instructions:

1. Mix the protein yogurt:

In a bowl, whisk together the cashew yogurt and vanilla protein powder until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add 1–2 tsp water or plant milk.

2. Layer with strawberries:

In a serving glass or jar, add half of the protein yogurt mixture. Top with a generous layer of chopped strawberries. Add the rest of the yogurt on top.

3. Hazelnut swirl:

Spoon the hazelnut spread over the yogurt layers, letting it naturally create swirls.

4. Make the chocolate shell:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Pour it over the top of the yogurt. Tilt the jar to cover evenly.

5. Set & crack:

Place the jar in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Crack the chocolate shell with your spoon and enjoy the creamy, crunchy, fruity layers.
