Ingredients You'll Need

For the oats:

  • 1 ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Pyure Brown Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup large flake oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt

For the date caramel:

  • 8 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

How to Make It

  1. Prep the oats:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, peanut butter, Pyure Brown Sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again. Divide half of the oat mixture into two jars and set aside.

  2. Make the date caramel:
Soak the dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes to soften. Blend dates, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mini food processor. Add the soaking water a little at a time until smooth and creamy.

  3. Layer it up:
Add a layer of date caramel on top of the oats in each jar.

  4. Melt the chocolate:
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals (stirring in between) until melted. Pour half the chocolate over the date caramel layer in each jar.

  5. Repeat the layers:
Add the remaining oat mixture to each jar, followed by the rest of the date caramel and melted chocolate.

  6. Top it off:
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and drizzle Pyure Caramel Syrup on top for extra flair.

  7. Chill and enjoy:
Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Grab a spoon and dig in!
