Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream, chilled overnight for garnish
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice
- 1 small frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 squeezes of Pyure Simply Sweet (Vanilla or Original)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, plus more for garnish
- Tiny pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except the coconut cream, into a blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth.
- Use a spoon or spatula to sweep the coconut cream along the inside of a tall glass, creating a pretty swirl effect. Pour the smoothie into the glass.
