Cookie Ingredients
Note: Be sure to allow the butter and egg to come to room temperature before beginning.
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ½ cup Pyure Organic Brown Sweetener
- 1Â large egg (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon molasses
- 1Â & â…” cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Frosting Ingredients
Note: Be sure to allow the butter and almond milk to come to room temperature before beginning.
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 cups Pyure Organic Powdered Sweetener Stevia Blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk (room temperature)
- Caramel Swirl Topping: Pyure Organic Caramel-Flavored Syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sweetener together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and molasses, and mix until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Using a 3-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the cookie dough into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 3 inches apart, and gently flatten to about 1-inch thickness.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- While the cookies are baking or cooling, prepare the frosting by blending all the frosting ingredients together until smooth and your desired consistency is achieved.
- Once the cookies are fully cooled, spread or pipe the frosting onto each cookie.
- Using the tip of an offset spatula, swirl a small amount of Pyure Organic Caramel-Flavored Syrup on top of the frosting.
