Low-Sugar Roasted Strawberry Jam on bagel for recipe post

Low-Sugar Roasted Strawberry Jam

So you bought strawberries and forgot about them… again. Don’t toss 'em—roast 'em. This sugar-free roasted strawberry jam is easy, no pectin, no stovetop babysitting, and way more flavor than the store-bought stuff.

We used our Pyure Granulated Sweetener to keep things sweet without the sugar crash. Slather this jam on toast, swirl it into yogurt, or eat it straight off the spoon like the main character you are.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb strawberries, washed, hulled & quartered

  • ½ cup Pyure Granulated Sweetener

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional—but cute)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a baking dish, toss strawberries with Pyure, vanilla, and lemon juice if using.

  3. Roast for about 1 hour, stirring now and then. It’s ready when the strawberries are bubbling and look caramelized and jammy.

  4. Let it cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge (or just eat the whole batch—no judgment).

✨ Pro tip: This jam is elite on almond butter toast or drizzled over your favorite dairy-free ice cream.
