Ingredients (Makes 2 Small Parfaits)

1 large apple, diced into small cubes 
- 
½ tbsp butter 
- 
½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup zero-sugar vanilla Greek Yogurt

Directions
- 
In a skillet, melt butter and add apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook until tender.
