Ingredients (Makes 2 Small Parfaits)

  • 1 large apple, diced into small cubes

  • ½ tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup zero-sugar vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Pyure Organic Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup

  • ¼ cup granola


Directions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter and add apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook until tender.

  2. In a glass or jar, layer: yogurt → apples → caramel drizzle → yogurt → apples → granola → final caramel drizzle.
