Super Stevia Smoothie
In a blender, combine 1.5 cups frozen mango, 1 cup baby kale, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and a teaspoon of stevia. Blend until creamy, sweet, and delicious. A perfect way to start the day.
If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat but don’t want to rack up calories, combine raw unsweetened cocoa powder with plain greek yogurt, and add stevia to taste. Then pop in the freezer for 30-45 minutes for a healthy and truly delicious snack.
