"Please keep the erythitol in your products. Without it, the taste is terrible!!!!!!"
"I logged into the website looking to make a complaint. I see several people with the same complaints. The bottles are clogging up, the liquid is solidifying or coming out cloudy. I use mine everyday several times a day and I'm having to throw away containers that are not empty because they are no longer working. This is very disappointing I have been using this product for years and only recently within the last couple of months have I started having these issues. I don't know which changed but I wish you would go back to the way you were making the product before. I have ordered off of Amazon and Walmart"
"Sweet stuff"
"I used this liquid sweetener for years without any problem but now more recently after only a few uses, it clogs and the contents solidify making it impossible to squirt out. I will have to stop using this product unless this problem can be rectified."
"Like many are saying, I use this product and loved it for years. Now the squirter clogs almost instantly. What has changed? Why is this happening? I'm going to have to stop buying it."
"This used to be a great product but the last four bottles that I have bought I only get about half a bottle. Nothing squeezes out afterwards, it sounds like there’s something hard in there and then it squirts out everywhere except for where you want it. The quality has gone right down the drain and I will never buy it again. For almost $5 a bottle, the quality has gone way down."
"I have been using this brand for a couple of years and have spent a lot of money on it. WTH?! No matter what I try, the stuff inside the bottle shoots out everywhere. I shake it and keep it in a dry, cool place, but the same thing happens. Maybe two good squirts, but then BOOM, it never responds the right way again. VERY VERY frustrating. I am going to have to finally say goodbye to this brand and move on until they improve their standards. Shame on you."
"I have used this for years and loved it but over the past few months, the liquid has begun not squirting properly, product is hardening inside the bottle, and what does come out is powdery and doesn't dissolve. This has changed over the last few months and I have purchased it from both Amazon and Walmart. Something has changed in the production, manufacture or handling of this product. I'm having to dispose of bottles that are clearly not empty and I'm so disappointed because I can't use most sugar free sweeteners."
"We have bought this for years. Suddenly every bottle clogs up and when we open it and pour out contents it’s full of hard crystals which don’t melt or liquify."
"This used to be the only product I used. I was on a subscription to purchase 12 - 1. 8 fl oz plastic bottles every month. For the last 6-8 months the product has some serious quality control issues. The main problem is, squeezing the bottle the sweetener shoots out all over the place. It goes every where except into the cup or glass. In addition, it starts to discharge small white clumps of a some sort of substance. The concentration levels of the sweetener is also not the same. Before you could use a few drops, now it requires a large amount to get the same level of sweetness. Buyer Beware. Horrible product."
