"I have loved this for so long now it turns into a chunky block. From reading reviews I see I'm not the only one. Has Pyure responded to any of these complaints? I don't see any replays on here. Sad and disappointed."

The last three bottles I bought (guess I’m a slow learner) have congealed and become useless after using (maybe) 1/3 of the bottle. Has the formula changed? This was the only true Stevia product I could ever find and now it’s useless."
Clumping
"Been using this for years but just had to cancel my Amazon auto delivery for it due to the clumping issues. Having to constantly unclog the lid was annoying, but now the amount of clumped, unusable product at the end is just a waste of money. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!"
Used to be so good
"Like previous reviewers, I am an extremely long time user of this product. But the consistency of the product has changed, and the dispenser is terrible. It no longer dispenses, cleanly or clearly. Please fix this product, because it used to be the next best thing to real sugar!"

What changed?
"I have been using this sweetener for years. The last few months purchases have been disappointing to say the least. The product does not squirt as it should. It just makes a huge mess and the product is crystallized. Whatever you changed about the product needs to be reversed and go back to the original product that I loved so much. This is too expensive to have to throw away."
Great product but horrible dispenser!
"I've tried many brands of liquid stevia and this is my favorite as far as taste. The problem is that every 3rd or 4th bottle I buy is plagued by some kind of change to the consistency. It appears the liquid starts to partially solidify and it won't spray out of the tip normally. I also notice tiny "rocks" of the stuff in my drink sometimes. This stuff is too expensive to have so many bottles fail. Pyure please fix this!!"
The Best Sweetener But The Dispenser Fails
"I have finally found the perfect sweetener! LOVE! But I won't buy it anymore because so much of sweetener won't come out toward the end and is wasted. I've discarded atleast 8 bottles. Just not worth it. :( The powder just isn't the same."

"Does this liquid Pyure also have erythritol like your powdered form that lists it FIRST on the ingredients list & calls it Stevia? Lost my confidence in your product. I had issues with AFIB after using the powder."
Pyure Liquid was good, added Citic Acid Bad
"I have used this little bottle of joy for years, and over the last year I have found that after a week of use it starts to spray everywhere, not squirt a single dose. I have to set tooth picks next to the kettle to fight with the bottle, shake vigorously, take apart the bottle to clean and soak, etc, to no avail. I now have a collection of 3/4 full unusable bottles due to the excessive caking and crystallization. Further research found new formula change has added citric acid. Why?! It worked wonderfully for years. PLEASE take out the citric acid. I will find a different brand until this has been removed. It causes your wonderful product to be unusable and frustrating."
