"Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was becoming discouraged in my seach for a decent sugar sub (other than pure Stevia) that did not contain Erythritol until I found this. And now there is all the research out about Allulose and it's ability to lower glucose, prevent spikes and help reverse metabolic disease! Have not cooked with it yet, but planning the ultimate test for any sweetener - a very small batch of meringue for tarts. I know. . . it's granulated, but it dissolves so easily it might work! We'll see."

Not as good
"Been using for years, but since they went to to allulose blend it is not as good, currently looking for another product. If I wanted allulose I would purchase it, I've tried allulose in coffee and baking and it's not where near as good as pyure's old recipe"

Very Different from Original
"The taste and texture of this new formula is very different from the original. I personally do not like it (though others may feel differently). I cannot find the original in stores and it’s been my favorite sweetener for so long, so I am disappointed. I hope Pyure will bring back the original as an option."
