What items are returnable? 

    • Products purchased directly from our Pyureorganic.com website:
      • Within 30 days from the date of purchase 
      • Damaged product only 
      • In the original packaging 
      • Returns and Refunds are applicable on Pyure Retail Products. Pyure Ingredients Commercial Products are non-refundable. 

       

      How do I request a return or refund on items purchased from Pyureorganic.com? 

      • Within 30 days of your purchase, contact us through our ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. 
      • Provide your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, lot number, and reason for your return. 
      • Our customer support team will be in touch. 

       

       Can the items be exchanged? 

      We will replace damaged with equivalent item(s). 

       

      What are the refund options? 

      A refund will be issued to your original payment method if you received damaged product only. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

       

      How soon will I get my refund? 

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. 

       

      Retail/In-Store 

      Returns or refunds for products purchased from a location other than Pyureorganic.com should be directed back to the original place of purchase. We are unable to provide exchanges, replacements, refunds, or store credit for products purchased outside of our direct purchase channels.
