Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz can Pure Pumpkin
  • ¼ cup Pyure All-Purpose Blend
  • 1 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 large egg (vegan option-3/4 cup of pureed tofu or unsweetened apple sauce
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch ground clove
  • 1 pre-made pie shell (follow package directions for a filled pie)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake shell for 8-10 minutes or as directed on package
  3. Whisk first 7 ingredients together until well blended
  4. Pour filling into cooled, baked pie shell
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before serving
  7. Serve with Pyure Whipped Cream
